Welcome to LeadGuru. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LeadGuru mobile application, backend API, and website at leadguru.thenicecode.com (collectively, the "Service"), provided by thenicecode.com ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use LeadGuru. When creating an account, you agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Description of the Service

LeadGuru is a lead management and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform designed to detect new rows added to user-linked Google Sheets (such as exports from Facebook or Instagram Lead Ads) and deliver real-time push notifications to registered Android devices, as well as providing lead tracking, pipeline status management, reminders, and team assignment tools.

3. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms, including Google Sheets and Meta Lead Ads. By using these integrations:

  • You represent that you have all required rights and permissions to access and process the data contained in the sheets you link.
  • You agree to comply with Google's Terms of Service and Meta's Commercial Terms.
  • We are not responsible for downtime, API changes, or limitations imposed by third-party providers.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use LeadGuru to:

  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international privacy laws, anti-spam legislation (e.g., CAN-SPAM Act), or telephone consumer protection regulations (e.g., TCPA).
  • Upload, sync, or transmit any unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or abusive material.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, disable, or interfere with the security features or proper operation of the Service.
  • Circumvent account limits, subscription caps, or rate limiting mechanisms.

5. Plans, Limits & Subscriptions

LeadGuru provides tiered subscription plans with maximum limits on connected sheets, active leads, and workspace team members. If your linked sheet contains more rows than allowed by your current plan, the excess rows will be held in queue and synchronized once your account is upgraded or existing leads are removed. We reserve the right to modify plan limits upon reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, design elements, graphics, logos, and documentation related to LeadGuru are the exclusive property of thenicecode.com and its licensors. You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights in your customer data and lead information.

7. Termination & Deletion

You may terminate your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account in the mobile app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or present security risks to our platform.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, thenicecode.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
